Compare a buying list before committing
Each row represents one separate sale. Enter a short label followed by item price, acquisition or making cost, postage and packaging. Shared settings apply the same marketplace, shipping charge, tax assumption and advertising allocation to every row. This is useful for comparing candidate items under a consistent scenario.
Read profit alongside target price
A positive projected margin does not mean the item will sell. Review low-profit rows first and check whether the proposed target price is credible for that product. This calculator has no live marketplace price feed, demand predictor or account connection.
Check the preset before relying on a number
This release models US domestic USD transactions, one item per order. The eBay preset is for most categories without a Store; it does not cover special-category rates, Store discounts, international sales or seller penalties. Etsy uses a US bank-account processing rate. Canada, the UK and EU need different presets and are not represented by changing the currency symbol. Additional fees and expenses can be entered as dollar costs, but this does not make an unsupported account fully modeled.
Keep the batch on your device
The calculation runs locally. Save a browser draft or download a project file for later; do not include buyer names, addresses or transaction records. The file is not encrypted. Clearing browser storage removes the local draft. The printout is a planning aid, not an accounting ledger.
Questions, answered
Can I mix eBay and Etsy in one batch?
Use separate saved projects so that each batch has one clear fee preset.
Does this import a marketplace order export?
No. Paste only the five documented columns. This avoids uploading account or customer records.
